Who we are

This website is operated by Open USA Market, LLC, a Miami-based company that helps foreign businesses establish and operate in the United States.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address and the message you write, and optionally your company, phone number, country and planned start date. When you subscribe to our notes, we receive your email address.

Our servers record standard technical information with each request, including your IP address and the time of the request. We use this only to apply rate limits and to investigate abuse. The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals from your browser to distinguish people from automated traffic.

What we do not do

• We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not run third-party trackers or embedded social widgets.

How we use your information

We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and provide, coordinate and administer the services you request. Where a service requires a licensed professional (for example an attorney or a CPA), we share only the information needed for that professional to act.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend; bot protection is provided by Cloudflare; this site is hosted on Vercel. Each provider processes data on our behalf in order to operate the site.

Retention

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. Technical rate-limiting records are short lived.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us, or to unsubscribe from our notes. Contact us using the form on this site or by email and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply under applicable privacy laws.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Submissions are validated and rate limited on the server, and provider credentials are held as server-side environment variables that are never exposed to the browser.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
